The beginning of all; the original from which everything commences - not the first in a temporal sequence but the beginning that is the source, the origin that is always present at the start of every genuine beginning, the ādi that makes every beginning an approach to the divine

प्रत्येक शुरुआत पर गणेश का आवाहन करने की भारत की परम्परा सर्वादि गणेश के आदिकालीन आरम्भ में प्रत्येक शुरुआत की भागीदारी की मान्यता है।
