सम्पूर्ण लोकों का पालन-पोषण करने वाले, सब संसारों की देखभाल करने वाले

परिपालक में 'परि' (चारों ओर से) और 'पालक' (देखभाल) है। जैसे माता-पिता बच्चे की चारों तरफ से देखभाल करते हैं, वैसे हनुमान पूरी सृष्टि की। Anganwadi workers, mid-day meal sevaks, ASHA workers, और ग्राम सेविकाएँ जो गाँव-गाँव जाकर बच्चों और माताओं की देखभाल करती हैं, सब सर्वलोकपरिपालक का काम करती हैं।
