सुमनस् में 'सु' (अच्छा) और 'मनस्' (मन) है। अच्छा मन वही है जो दूसरों की भलाई सोचे, ईर्ष्या न करे, और सकारात्मक रहे। Mental health awareness बढ़ रही है और सुमनस् हनुमान 'good mental health' के देवता हैं। जब negative thoughts आयें, overthinking हो, या mind toxic हो जाये, सुमनस् का जप मन को शुद्ध करता है। World Mental Health Day (10 अक्तूबर) पर विशेष जप करें।
