भारतीय घरों में सुबह दीप जलाकर माँ लक्ष्मी का स्मरण किया जाता है। नित्यागता नाम याद दिलाता है कि लक्ष्मी केवल दीपावली की देवी नहीं हैं, वे रोज़ के सदाचार, स्वच्छता, कृतज्ञता और भक्ति में उपस्थित रहती हैं।
