प्रलय के समय शिव सब कुछ अपने में समेट लेते हैं — जैसे समुद्र की लहर रेत के किले को बहा ले जाए। Climate change से glaciers पिघल रहे हैं, समुद्र का स्तर बढ़ रहा है — यह प्रकृति की महाजिह्व शक्ति का warning है। Tsunami जो 2004 में आई थी — तटीय शहरों को निगल गई — उसमें भी महाजिह्व की याद आती है। यह नाम विनम्रता सिखाता है — हम कितने भी बड़े बन जाएँ, प्रकृति के आगे हम कुछ नहीं।
