सुराध्यक्षः

The presiding lord of all divine beings and celestial realms

सम्पूर्ण देवताओं और दिव्य लोकों के अध्यक्ष

लोकाध्यक्ष (617) सब लोकों के अध्यक्ष, सुराध्यक्ष (618) देवताओं के अध्यक्ष। दोनों मिलकर कहते हैं: भगवान मनुष्यों के भी मालिक हैं और देवताओं के भी। इन्द्र 'देवराज' कहलाते हैं लेकिन सुराध्यक्ष विष्णु उनके भी 'अध्यक्ष' हैं। जैसे एक कम्पनी में Board Chairman (विष्णु) CEO (इन्द्र) से ऊपर होता है।
