ब्रह्माण्डीय दिन-रात के चक्र को घुमाने वाले, काल-चक्र के चालक

अहस्संवर्तक भगवान दिन-रात का चक्र चलाते हैं। पृथ्वी 24 घंटे में एक बार घूमती है: 12 घंटे दिन, 12 घंटे रात। यह अहस्संवर्तक का 'wheel rotation' है। भारत में सन्ध्या वन्दन (dawn/dusk prayer) इसी दिन-रात चक्र की पूजा है। जब सूर्य उगता है तो अहस्संवर्तक ने दिन का पहिया घुमाया, जब डूबता है तो रात का। ग्रहों का rotation, ऋतुओं का चक्र, सब अहस्संवर्तक की शक्ति से चलते हैं।
