शान्त स्वरूपा - जो अपने सबसे प्रशान्त रूप में हैं और जो समस्त गतिविधियों के नीचे तथा सभी तूफानों के बाद भी बनी रहने वाली शान्ति प्रदान करती हैं

आज के भारत में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य की बात खुलकर होने लगी है - चिन्ता, थकान, नींद न आना। 'शान्ता' नाम उस गहरी शांति का है जो तनाव के नीचे हमेशा मौजूद है - बस उसे पाना होता है। सोने से पहले या घबराहट के समय इस नाम का धीरे-धीरे जाप करने से मन धीरे-धीरे स्थिर होता है।

ॐChant before sleep, during recovery from illness or grief, and in times of acute anxiety. Also recited after intense rituals to settle the energy. The name Śāntā forms the closing invocation in many Devi stotras.
