गुह्य (रहस्य, छुपा हुआ) की अवधारणा समस्त भारतीय आध्यात्मिक परंपरा में व्याप्त है। भगवद्गीता अंतिम शिक्षा को सर्व-गुह्यतमम् (सभी रहस्यों में सबसे गुप्त) कहती है।
