अष्टाक्षरीप्रियः

He who is fond of the Ashtakshara mantra, who receives the eight-syllable Vaishnava mantra Om Namo Narayanaya with the same delight as His father's Shaiva mantra

अष्टाक्षरी मन्त्र से प्रेम करने वाले, जो आठ-अक्षर वैष्णव मन्त्र ॐ नमो नारायणाय को अपने पिता के शैव मन्त्र जितने ही आनन्द से ग्रहण करते हैं

अष्टाक्षर मन्त्र ॐ नमो नारायणाय परम वैष्णव मन्त्र है। अष्टाक्षरीप्रिय के रूप में अय्यप्पा पञ्चाक्षर (#398) और अष्टाक्षर (#399) दोनों को समान आनन्द से धारण करते हैं: शिव और विष्णु से जन्मे पुत्र दोनों के मन्त्रों को समान प्रेम से ग्रहण करते हैं।
