The great perfected one, who embodies the highest degree of siddhi possible: not a practitioner who has achieved perfection but the divine being who is perfection itself

महासिद्ध, जो सम्भव सिद्धि की उच्चतम डिग्री को मूर्त करते हैं: कोई साधक जिसने परिपूर्णता प्राप्त की नहीं बल्कि वह दिव्य सत्ता जो स्वयं परिपूर्णता है

वज्रयान बौद्ध परम्परा में महासिद्ध मध्यकालीन भारत के चौरासी महासिद्धों को संदर्भित करता है। अय्यप्पा महासिद्ध के रूप में दिव्य महासिद्ध हैं जो सभी सिद्धि के स्रोत और आदर्श हैं।
