महावाक्य 'तत्त्वमसि' में 'तत्' शब्द का परम लक्ष्यार्थ

यह नाम पूर्व (334) में भी आया। 'तत्त्वमसि' (You are That) इतना महत्त्वपूर्ण है कि बार-बार सुनना ज़रूरी है। हम भूल जाते हैं कि हम कौन हैं। रोज़ की भागदौड़ में 'मैं engineer हूँ', 'मैं माँ हूँ' में खो जाते हैं। लेकिन असली 'मैं' वह 'तत्' है जो सबसे पहले है और सबके बाद भी रहेगा।
