शुभप्रदः

The bestower of all that is auspicious and good, who gives the specific quality of śubha that makes any undertaking blessed from its beginning

सब जो शुभ और अच्छा है उसके दाता, जो शुभ की वह विशिष्ट गुणवत्ता देते हैं जो किसी भी उद्यम को उसकी शुरुआत से ही धन्य बनाती है

शुभप्रद कल्याणप्रिय (#623) से उसके दिशात्मक जोर में भिन्न है: जहाँ कल्याणप्रिय शुभ कल्याण के लिए प्रभु के प्रेम को नाम देता है, शुभप्रद उनके सक्रिय देने को नाम देता है।
