ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठकर जब 'आद्या' का जाप करते हैं, तो यह भाव होता है - नया दिन, नई सृष्टि। वैज्ञानिक जिसे 'बिग बैंग' से पहले की अवस्था कहते हैं - भक्त उसे 'आद्या' कहते हैं। यह नाम हर प्रारम्भ में उस मूल दिव्य शक्ति का स्मरण है।
