सकला

She who has all parts; the goddess who contains all kalās - all phases, aspects, dimensions, and expressions of existence are within her - immediately following Niṣkalā in the pattern of paradoxical wholeness

ॐChant completing the Niṣkalā-Sakalā pair (944-945). The same pattern as Nirguṇā-Saguṇā and Nirvikārā: the goddess is without parts and has all parts; she transcends all and contains all. The tradition repeatedly uses this paradoxical pairing because the truth cannot be adequately captured by either statement alone.
