Lalita Trishati Stotram -- the sacred 300 names of Goddess Lalita Tripura Sundari, revealed by Lord Hayagriva to sage Agastya in the Brahmanda Purana. This entry presents the opening ten verses (the first sixty names, built on the syllables of the Panchadashi mantra) as an introductory selection from the full text. Recited for the Divine Mother's grace, prosperity, and knowledge.
ललिता त्रिशती स्तोत्र -- ब्रह्मांड पुराण में भगवान हयग्रीव द्वारा अगस्त्य मुनि को बताए गए माँ ललिता त्रिपुर सुंदरी के पवित्र तीन सौ नाम। यहाँ प्रारंभिक दस श्लोक (पंचदशी मंत्र के अक्षरों पर आधारित पहले साठ नाम) पूर्ण स्तोत्र की परिचयात्मक चयन के रूप में दिए गए हैं। देवी की कृपा, समृद्धि और ज्ञान के लिए पढ़े जाते हैं।
ककाररूपा कल्याणी कल्याणगुणशालिनी। कल्याणशैलनिलया कमनीया कलावती॥१॥
kakārarūpā kalyāṇī kalyāṇaguṇaśālinī | kalyāṇaśailanilayā kamanīyā kalāvatī ||1||
वे ककार स्वरूपा, कल्याणी, कल्याणगुणों से युक्त, कल्याणकारी पर्वत पर निवास करने वाली, मनोहर और चौंसठ कलाओं में निपुण हैं।
She is the very form of the syllable Ka, the auspicious one, endowed with auspicious qualities, dwelling on the auspicious mountain, lovely, and accomplished in the sixty-four arts.
कमलाक्षी कल्मषघ्नी करुणामृतसागरा। कदम्बकाननावासा कदम्बकुसुमप्रिया॥२॥
kamalākṣī kalmaṣaghnī karuṇāmṛtasāgarā | kadambakānanāvāsā kadambakusumapriyā ||2||
वे कमलनयनी, पाप का नाश करने वाली, करुणामृत की सागर, कदंबवन में निवास करने वाली और कदंबपुष्प को प्रिय मानने वाली हैं।
She is lotus-eyed, destroyer of sin, an ocean of the nectar of compassion, dweller in the kadamba forest, and fond of kadamba blossoms.
कन्दर्पविद्या कन्दर्पजनकापाङ्गवीक्षणा। कर्पूरवीटीसौरभ्यकल्लोलितककुप्तटा॥३॥
kandarpavidyā kandarpajanakāpāṅgavīkṣaṇā | karpūravīṭisaurabhyakallōlitakakuptaṭā ||3||
वे कंदर्पविद्या स्वरूपा हैं, जिनका कटाक्ष स्वयं कामदेव को उत्पन्न करने वाला है, और जिनके कपोल कर्पूरयुक्त पान की सुगंध से तरंगित रहते हैं।
She is the very lore of love, whose sidelong glance gives rise to the god of love himself, and whose temple-region ripples with the fragrance of camphor-scented betel.
कलिदोषहरा कञ्जलोचना कम्रविग्रहा। कर्मादिसाक्षिणी कारयित्री कर्मफलप्रदा॥४॥
kalidōṣaharā kañjalōcanā kamravigrahā | karmādisākṣiṇī kārayitrī karmaphalapradā ||4||
वे कलियुग के दोषों को हरने वाली, कमलनयनी, सुंदर विग्रहवाली, समस्त कर्मों की साक्षी, कर्म कराने वाली और कर्मफल देने वाली हैं।
She removes the afflictions of the Kali age, is lotus-eyed, of a lovely form, the witness of every action, the impeller of action, and the giver of the fruit of action.
एकाररूपा चैकाक्षर्येकानेकाक्षराकृतिः। एतत्तदित्यनिर्देश्या चैकानन्दचिदाकृतिः॥५॥
ēkārarūpā caikākṣaryēkānēkākṣarākṛtiḥ | ētattadityanirdēśyā caikānandacidākṛtiḥ ||5||
वे एकार स्वरूपा, एकाक्षरा, एक और अनेक अक्षरों की आकृति वाली, यह और वह कहकर भी अनिर्देश्य, और एकानंद-चिदाकृति हैं।
She is the form of the syllable E, of a single syllable, the form of one letter and of many, indescribable as merely 'this' or 'that', and of the form of consciousness and singular bliss.
एवमित्यागमाबोध्या चैकभक्तिमदर्चिता। एकाग्रचित्तनिर्ध्याता चैषणारहितादृता॥६॥
evamityāgamābodhyā caikabhaktimadarcitā | ekāgracittanirdhyātā caiṣaṇārahitādṛtā ||6||
वे शास्त्रों में केवल ऐसी कहकर जानी जाने वाली, एकनिष्ठ भक्तों द्वारा पूजित, एकाग्रचित्त साधकों द्वारा ध्यान की जाने वाली और वासनारहित भक्तों द्वारा आदृत हैं।
She is known through scripture only as 'thus', worshipped by those of single-pointed devotion, meditated upon by minds of one-pointed concentration, and honoured by those free of worldly craving.
एलासुगन्धिचिकुरा चैनःकूटविनाशिनी। एकभोगा चैकरसा चैकैश्वर्यप्रदायिनी॥७॥
ēlāsugandhicikurā cainaḥkūṭavināśinī | ēkabhōgā caikarasā caikaiśvaryapradāyinī ||7||
जिनके केश इलायची की सुगंध से सुवासित हैं, जो पापसमूह का नाश करने वाली, एकभोगा, एकरस और अद्वितीय ऐश्वर्य देने वाली हैं।
Her hair is fragrant with cardamom; she destroys the mass of sin, is the sole enjoyer, of a single essence, and the bestower of unique sovereignty.
एकातपत्रसाम्राज्यप्रदा चैकान्तपूजिता। एधमानप्रभा चैजदनेकजगदीश्वरी॥८॥
ēkātapatrasāmrājyapradā caikāntapūjitā | ēdhamānaprabhā caijadanēkajagadīśvarī ||8||
जो एकातपत्र साम्राज्य देने वाली, एकांत में पूजित, निरंतर बढ़ती हुई प्रभा वाली और अनेक जगतों की चेतन ईश्वरी हैं।
She bestows sovereignty under a single royal parasol, is worshipped in solitude, ever-increasing in splendour, and the sentient ruler of the many worlds.
एकवीरादिसंसेव्या चैकप्राभवशालिनी। ईकाररूपा चेशित्री चेप्सितार्थप्रदायिनी॥९॥
ēkavīrādisaṃsēvyā caikaprābhavaśālinī | īkārarūpā cēśitrī cēpsitārthapradāyinī ||9||
जो एकवीर आदि भक्तों द्वारा सेवित, अद्वितीय प्रभावशालिनी, ईकार स्वरूपा, ईशित्री और इच्छित अर्थ देने वाली हैं।
She is served by Ekavira and other great devotees, endowed with singular glory, the form of the syllable I, the ruler, and the giver of desired ends.
ईदृगित्यविनिर्देश्या चेश्वरत्वविधायिनी। ईशानादिब्रह्ममयी चेशित्वाद्यष्टसिद्धिदा॥१०॥
īdṛgityavinirdēśyā cēśvaratvavidhāyinī | īśānādibrahmamayī cēśitvādyaṣṭasiddhidā ||10||
जो ऐसी हैं कहकर भी अनिर्देश्य हैं, ईश्वरत्व देने वाली, ईशान आदि पंचब्रह्मस्वरूपा और ईशित्व आदि आठ सिद्धियाँ देने वाली हैं।
She cannot even be described as 'such'; she bestows lordship, is of the very nature of Ishana and the divinities up to Brahma, and gives the eight siddhis beginning with the power of sovereignty.
