Hindu sacred texts reproduced on this Website — including the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Vedas, Puranas, Chalisas, Stotrams, and related scripture — are drawn from public domain sources. Our translations, transliterations, word-by-word breakdowns, commentary, and modern contextual interpretations are original works and remain the intellectual property of the Company.
User-Submitted Content
If You submit feedback, corrections, or other content to Us, You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content into the Service for the purpose of improving the platform.
Shop: Orders and Purchases
Placing an Order
By placing an Order on the Website, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information You provide is accurate and complete.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as indicated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where shown. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to Your Order is the price displayed at the time You complete checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The Company does not store Your card details. By placing an Order, You authorise the Company to charge the total Order amount to Your selected payment method.
Digital Products
Upon successful payment for a Digital Product:
- ›You will receive a download link via email and within Your account library
- ›You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Digital Product for your own private, non-commercial use
- ›You may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the Digital Product in any form
- ›Digital Product purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded
If You experience a technical issue preventing You from accessing a Digital Product You have paid for, please contact Us at connect@creativechronix.info and We will resolve it promptly.
Physical Products
For physical book orders:
- ›We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation
- ›Estimated delivery times vary by location within India and internationally
- ›Delivery timelines are estimates and the Company is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside Our control
- ›Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before You complete Your Order
Returns and Refunds — Physical Products
You may return a Physical Product within 7 days of delivery if:
- ›The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- ›You contact Us at connect@creativechronix.info with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to Your original payment method within 7–10 business days of Us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a Physical Product order before it has been dispatched by emailing connect@creativechronix.info. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the returns process applies. Digital Product orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that:
- ›The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- ›The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Spiritual Content Disclaimer
All devotional content on Eternal Raga — including mantras, scripture, meditation guidance, and spiritual articles — is provided for personal enrichment and educational purposes only. The Company makes no claims regarding the efficacy of any spiritual practice described on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
