सभी दुष्टों को शान्त और वश में करने वाले, बुरी शक्तियों का दमन करने वाले

सर्वदुष्टप्रशमन दुष्टों को 'मारता' नहीं बल्कि 'शान्त' करता है। यह reformative approach है, restorative justice। जेल में सुधार-गृह (reformation home), juvenile justice board जो बच्चों को सुधारे, या de-radicalization programs जो extremists को शान्त करें, सब दुष्ट-प्रशमन हैं। हनुमान का approach दण्ड-मात्र नहीं बल्कि परिवर्तन है। Juvenile delinquents या first-time offenders के लिए यह शान्ति-approach उचित है।
