सम्पूर्ण निर्वाण (परम शान्ति, दुख-निवृत्ति, मुक्ति) प्रदान करने वाले

निर्वाण बौद्ध और हिन्दू दोनों परम्पराओं में ultimate goal है। गीता में 'ब्रह्मनिर्वाण' शब्द आता है। सर्वनिर्वाणदायक हनुमान complete cessation of suffering देते हैं। जब किसी व्यक्ति का suffering zero हो जाये, कोई desire न बचे, कोई fear न रहे, वही nirvana है। Advanced meditation retreats, 10-day Vipassana, या prolonged silence practice, सब nirvana-approach हैं। Buddha Purnima पर इस नाम का विशेष जप करें।
