तिरुमला में हर दिन टनों फूलों से भगवान की सेवा होती है — चमेली, गुलाब, गेंदा, कमल। कुन्दमन्दारपुष्पार्चित भगवान को फूलों से पूजा जाता है। भारत में फूलों का बाज़ार सबसे सुबह लगता है — मदुरै की मल्लिगै, मैसूर की चमेली, बनारस की गेंदा। जब सुबह मंदिर या घर में ताज़े फूल चढ़ाएँ, वह कुन्दमन्दारपुष्पार्चित की सबसे प्राचीन सेवा है।
