गदा सीधी शक्ति का प्रतीक है — सूक्ष्मता नहीं, बल। जब जीवन में कूटनीति से काम न चले, जब सीधी बात करनी पड़े, जब बच्चों के स्कूल में बुलिंग के खिलाफ़ प्रिंसिपल से बात करनी हो या ठेकेदार से हिसाब माँगना हो, तब गदाधर की शक्ति काम आती है। कभी-कभी कोमलता नहीं, दृढ़ता चाहिए होती है।
