Draupadi's Lament to Krishna
The Bhojas, Vrishnis and Andhakas, with the Panchala, Chedi and Kekaya princes, come to the exiled Pandavas in the forest, and Krishna, enraged, vows that the earth will drink the blood of Duryodhana and his allies. Arjuna calms him by recounting his austerities and divine deeds, and Krishna declares that the two of them are Nara and Narayana, never apart. Draupadi then praises Krishna and pours out her grief: her humiliation in the assembly and Duryodhana's earlier attempts on the Pandavas' lives, from the poisoning of Bhima to the fire at Varanavata. Krishna promises that she will be queen of kings, Arjuna confirms his word, and Dhrishtadyumna names who will kill each Kaurava champion.

Note on the text: Corrected यष्टात्वमसि त्वमसि → यष्टा त्वमसि (misprint in Wikisource; त्वमसि printed twice, which breaks the metre — the critical edition reads yaṣṭā tvam asi yaṣṭavyo).

Verse 66 (3.12.66)
rājñāṃ madhye sabhāyāṃ tu rajasā'tipariplutā | dṛṣṭvā ca māṃ dhārtarāṣṭrāḥ prāhasanpāpacetasaḥ

They wanted to enjoy me as a slave woman, Madhusudana, while the sons of Pandu, the Panchalas and the Vrishnis were still alive.
Note on the text: Corrected भोक्तुमीष्सुते → भोक्तुमीषुस्ते (misprint in Wikisource; transposed letters — ईषुः "they wished", as the commentary's ईषुः ऐच्छन् and the critical edition's īṣus te).
Verse 68 (3.12.68)

garhaye pāṇḍavāṃstveva yudhi śreṣṭhānmahābalān | yatkliśyamānāṃ prekṣante dharmapatnīṃ yaśasvinīm
It is the Pandavas I blame, the best in battle and mighty, for they looked on while their glorious lawful wife was tormented.
Note on the text: Restored a missing word space
Verse 70 (3.12.70)

Shame on Bhimasena's strength, shame on Partha's Gandiva, that the two of them could endure it, Janardana, when I was wronged by base men!
Note on the text: Corrected धिक्पार्थस् → धिक्पार्थस्य (misprint in Wikisource; dropped akshara, as in verse 81 and the critical edition's dhik pārthasya).
Verse 71 (3.12.71)
śāśvato'yaṃ dharmapathaḥ sadbhirācaritaḥ sadā | yadbhāryāṃ parirakṣanti bhartāro'lpabalā api

Verse 72 (3.12.72)

When the wife is protected, the offspring are protected; and when the offspring are protected, one's own self is protected.
Verse 73 (3.12.73)
ātmā hi jāyeta tasyāṃ tasmājjāyā bhavatyuta | bhartā ca bhāryayā rakṣyaḥ kathaṃ jāyānmamodare
For a man's own self is born in her, and that is why she is called jaya, "she in whom one is born." A husband must be guarded by his wife as well — how else could he be born again in my womb?
Note on the text: Corrected तस्मज्जाया → तस्माज्जाया (misprint in Wikisource; dropped vowel sign, the critical edition reads tasmāj jāyā).
Verse 74 (3.12.74)

and Shrutakarman, son of the youngest — all of them of true valour. As Pradyumna is, Krishna, so are they, great chariot-warriors.
Note on the text: Corrected सत्यपराक्रमा → सत्यपराक्रमाः (misprint in Wikisource; dropped visarga, the critical edition reads satyaparākramāḥ).
Verse 78 (3.12.78)

nanvime dhanuṣi śreṣṭhā ajeyā yudhi śātravaiḥ | kimarthaṃ dhārtarāṣṭrāṇāṃ sahante durbalīyasām
Surely these are the best of bowmen, unconquerable in battle by their enemies; why then do they put up with the far weaker sons of Dhritarashtra?
Verse 79 (3.12.79)
adharmeṇa hṛtaṃ rājyaṃ sarve dāsāḥ kṛtāstathā | sabhāyāṃ parikṛṣṭā'hamekavastrā rajasvalā

Verse 80 (3.12.80)

Shame on Bhimasena's strength, shame on Partha's manhood, while Duryodhana lives, Krishna, for even a moment!
Verse 82 (3.12.82)
ya etānākṣipadrāṣṭrātsaha mātrā'vihiṃsakān | adhīyānānpurā bālānvratasthānmadhusūdana
It was he who once drove them from the kingdom along with their mother, harmless as they were — boys still at their studies and keeping their vows, Madhusudana.
Note on the text: Corrected राष्टात् → राष्ट्रात् (misprint in Wikisource; dropped र in the conjunct, the critical edition reads rāṣṭrāt).

bhojane bhīmasenasya pāpaḥ prākṣepayadviṣam | kālakūṭaṃ navaṃ tīkṣṇaṃ saṃbhṛtaṃ romaharṣaṇam
The wicked man had poison put into Bhimasena's food — fresh, sharp kalakuta, prepared with care, enough to make the hair stand on end.

Alas, I am lost! How can there now be any escape from this fire? Helpless, I shall perish together with my little sons.
Note on the text: Corrected कुंतोन्वद्य → कुतो न्वद्य (misprint in Wikisource; stray anusvara and a missing word space, the critical edition reads kuto nv adya). Speaker set to कुन्ती: the verse is Kunti's own cry, quoted by Draupadi, with no printed heading.
