Sanjaya Swoons, Then Names the Pandavas' Allies
Dhritarashtra asks Sanjaya how Yudhishthira is preparing for war, and Sanjaya describes the Panchalas, Kekayas and Matsyas rallying joyfully round him. When the king asks with whose help the Pandavas will fight, Sanjaya sighs and falls in a faint, and Vidura reports it to the assembly. Recovering, Sanjaya names the Pandavas' champions one by one: Yudhishthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula, Sahadeva, Shikhandin, the Kekaya brothers, Satyaki, Virata, the king of Kashi, Draupadi's sons, Abhimanyu, Dhrishtaketu, Krishna, Drupada and many other kings.

Note on the text: Corresponds to the critical edition's 5.49.2 in a differently worded recension (both lines differ; kept). Corrected सुखम् → मुखम् (misprint in Wikisource; the line means looking to his face for commands, and the critical edition's line ends mukham īkṣate).

Note on the text: Corrected गवल्गणिस्तु तत्पुष्टः → गावल्गणिस्तु तत्पृष्टः (misprints in Wikisource; the patronymic is गावल्गणि, and पुष्टः 'nourished' for पृष्टः 'asked'; critical edition gāvalgaṇis tu tat pṛṣṭaḥ). This verse is the critical edition's 5.49.10ab–cd.

Note on the text: Corrected पाण्डवान्योभिसंश्रितः → पाण्डवान्योऽभिसंश्रितः (misprint in Wikisource; missing avagraha, star passage pāṇḍavān yo 'bhisaṃśritaḥ). Line 1 is the critical edition's 5.49.41ef; line 2 is its star passage 5.49.41f*0326_01.

So too Sharabha, brother of the lord of the Chedis, O bull of the Bharatas, together with Karakarsha — with those two they have come against you.
Note on the text: Corrected यथा → तथा (misprint in Wikisource; य for त; यथा has no correlative here, critical edition tathā).

जारासन्धिः सहदेवो जयत्सेनश्च तावुभौ । युद्धेऽप्रतिरथौ वीरौ पाण्डवार्थे व्यवस्थितौ ॥

Sahadeva son of Jarasandha, and Jayatsena — those two heroes, unrivalled in battle, stand ready in the Pandavas' cause.
Note on the text: Corrected तारासन्धिः → जारासन्धिः (misprint in Wikisource; त for ज, the son of Jarasandha, critical edition jārāsaṃdhiḥ) and युद्धे प्रतिरथे → युद्धेऽप्रतिरथौ (misprint; missing avagraha and े for ौ, the dual must agree with वीरौ; star passage yuddhe 'pratirathau). Line 1 is the critical edition's 5.49.44ab; line 2 is its star passage 5.49.44b*0328_01.

These and many other kings of the east and the north, by the hundreds — relying on them, the King of Dharma stands ready."
Note on the text: Corrected उपाश्रिता → उपाश्रित्य (misprint in Wikisource; dropped akshara; उपाश्रिता does not construe with धर्मराजः, the sense needs the gerund (critical edition apāśritya)).
