Radha-Krishna Suprabhatam

satyaṃ dharmam apīha rakṣitum aho bhūbhāra-nāśāya vai daityais tāpita-sarva-daivata-gaṇān saṃrakṣituṃ līlayā | līlā-mānuṣa-vigrahaḥ samabhavad yo vā harir bhūtale rādhākṛṣṇa-mahāprabhuḥ sa bhagavān rakṣāṃ karotv anvaham ||1||

सत्य और धर्म की रक्षा के लिए, पृथ्वी का भार हरने के लिए और दैत्यों से पीड़ित देवगणों की लीलापूर्वक रक्षा के लिए हरि ने पृथ्वी पर लीलामानव रूप धारण किया। वह भगवान राधाकृष्ण महाप्रभु प्रतिदिन हमारी रक्षा करें।

To protect truth and dharma on earth, to lift its burden, and to playfully shield the hosts of gods tormented by demons, Hari took on a human form in sport. May that Lord Radhakrishna Mahaprabhu protect us every day.

gopī-rūpa-dharān mahā-muni-gaṇān go-rūpa-devān sadā rakṣāyai samanugrahāya ca mudā kṛṣṇaṃ vapuḥ prāpa yaḥ | so'yaṃ sārvajanīna-vandya-vibhavo viśvaika-rakṣākaraḥ rādhākṛṣṇa-mahāprabho surapate te suprabhātaṃ śubham ||2||

गोपीरूपधारी महामुनियों और गोरूपधारी देवताओं की रक्षा और अनुग्रह के लिए जिन्होंने आनंदपूर्वक कृष्ण का शरीर धारण किया, वे सर्वजनवंदित, विश्व के एकमात्र रक्षक हैं। हे राधाकृष्ण महाप्रभु, सुरपते, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

For the protection and grace of the great sages who had taken the form of gopis and the gods who had taken the form of cows, He joyfully assumed the body of Krishna. He whose glory all people worship, sole protector of the universe -- O Radhakrishna Mahaprabhu, Lord of the gods, blessed is Your dawn.

saundaryaṃ kila mūrtam eva sakalaṃ lokaika-vismāpakaṃ cauryaṃ yasya ca bhakta-saṅgha-vinutaṃ pāpāpahaṃ pratyaham | muṣṇanty adya hi kṛṣṇa-caurya-sukathāḥ bhaktasya duḥkhāni vai rādhāvallabha rāsakeli-rasika śrī-suprabhātaṃ śubham ||3||

सौंदर्य स्वयं संपूर्ण रूप में मूर्तिमान हुआ, जो सम्पूर्ण लोक को विस्मित करता है; उनकी चोरी-लीला, जिसे भक्तसमूह सराहता है, प्रतिदिन पाप का नाश करती है। आज भी कृष्ण की चोरी की मधुर कथाएँ भक्त के दुःखों को हर लेती हैं। हे राधावल्लभ, रासकेलिरसिक, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

Beauty itself took full form in Him, astonishing the whole world; His playful thefts, celebrated by the community of devotees, wash away sin each day. Even today, the sweet tales of Krishna's mischief steal away a devotee's sorrows. O beloved of Radha, connoisseur of the rasa dance, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

vedānta-pratipādyamāna-vibhavo veda-eka-vedya-prabhuḥ vaṃśī-vādana-lolupaḥ vraja-jana-ānanda-eka-dhuryo vibhuḥ | vikhyāto bhuvaneṣu bāla-vapuṣā vīṇā-munīndra-stutaḥ rādhā-lola rama-pate yadu-pate te suprabhātaṃ śubham ||4||

वेदान्त द्वारा जिनका वैभव प्रतिपादित होता है, जो केवल वेदों से जानने योग्य प्रभु हैं; बाँसुरी बजाने में तल्लीन, व्रजवासियों के आनंद के एकमात्र वहनकर्ता, सर्वव्यापी; बालरूप में लोकों में प्रसिद्ध, वीणाधारी मुनीन्द्र नारद द्वारा स्तुत। हे राधालोल, रमापते, यदुपते, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

His glory is expounded by Vedanta, the Lord known only through the Vedas; fond of playing the flute, He alone carries the joy of Vraja's people, the all-pervading Lord; famed through the worlds in His child form, praised by the veena-bearing chief of sages. O one enamored of Radha, Lord of Rama, Lord of the Yadus, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

rādhā-vallabha rañjita-akhila-manāḥ kandarpa-darpa-apaha līlā-lolupa labdha-bhakti-sulabha śrī-devakī-nandana | līlā-mānuṣa lola-kuntala mahā-lāvaṇya-ratnākara rādhā-mādhava ramya-keli-kutukin te suprabhātaṃ śubham ||5||

हे राधावल्लभ, समस्त मन को रंजित करने वाले, कामदेव के गर्व को हरने वाले; लीला में रत, भक्ति से सुलभ, हे देवकीनन्दन; लीलामानव रूप, घुँघराले केशों वाले, महालावण्य के रत्नाकर; हे राधामाधव, रम्य क्रीड़ा में रत, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

O beloved of Radha who delights every mind, destroyer of Cupid's pride; fond of playful sport, easily won through devotion, O son of Devaki; playful in human form with flowing curls, an ocean of matchless charm; O Radhamadhava, delighting in beautiful play, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

pūjya-aṣṭākṣara-mantra-mantrita namo-nārāyaṇākhya prabho śrīmad-dvādaśa-mantra-nitya-mahita śrī-vāsudeva prabho | rāṃ-pūrvaiś ca ṣaḍakṣaraiḥ suvidita śrī-vīrarāma prabho rādhākṛṣṇa mahāprabho akhila-guro te suprabhātaṃ śubham ||6||

हे पूज्य अष्टाक्षर मंत्र 'ॐ नमो नारायणाय' से आवाहित प्रभु; हे श्रीमद् द्वादशाक्षर मंत्र से नित्य पूजित श्री वासुदेव प्रभु; हे 'राम' से प्रारंभ होने वाले षडक्षर मंत्र से सुविदित श्री वीरराम प्रभु; हे राधाकृष्ण महाप्रभु, अखिलगुरो, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

O Lord invoked by the sacred eight-syllable mantra 'Namo Narayanaya'; O Lord Vasudeva, ever honored through the glorious twelve-syllable mantra; O Lord Vira Rama, well known through the six syllables beginning with 'Ram'; O Radhakrishna Mahaprabhu, teacher of all, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

tvaṃ sāndīpani-sadguror hi vacasā sāmudra-magnaṃ śiśuṃ ānīya api ca sadguror hi nikaṭe pratyarpayaḥ satvaram | tena tvāṃ gururāṭ prapūjayad aho putrasya lābhāt svakāt bho deva tvam acintya-vikrama-guṇas te suprabhātaṃ śubham ||7||

गुरु सांदीपनि के वचन पर आपने समुद्र में डूबे शिशु को लाकर तुरंत गुरु को सौंप दिया। इस पर गुरुराट् ने अपने पुत्र की प्राप्ति से प्रसन्न होकर आपकी पूजा की। हे देव, अचिन्त्य विक्रम-गुण वाले, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

At the word of Your true guru Sandipani, You retrieved the child swallowed by the ocean and swiftly restored him to the guru. For this, the king of gurus worshipped You upon regaining his own son. O Lord of inconceivable might and virtue, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

bhuktvā tat-pṛthukaṃ kucela-gṛhiṇī-sampreṣitaṃ sādaraṃ vidyā-abhyāsa-sahāyakasya ca gṛhaṃ śrī-śrī-samṛddhaṃ vyadhāḥ | ārta-trāṇa-parāyaṇaḥ sa bhagavān sarvasva-dāna-udyataḥ rādhākṛṣṇa susundara-ārti-haraṇa śrī-suprabhātaṃ śubham ||8||

कुचेल की पत्नी द्वारा भेजे गए पोहे को आदरपूर्वक खाकर आपने अपने विद्याभ्यास-सखा के घर को श्री-समृद्ध बना दिया। आर्तजनों की रक्षा में तत्पर, सर्वस्व अर्पण करने को उद्यत वह भगवान, हे राधाकृष्ण, सुसुंदर आर्तिहरण, आपको शुभ प्रभात।

Having eaten with reverence the flattened rice sent by Kuchela's wife, You made Your childhood study-companion's home richly prosperous. That Lord, ever devoted to protecting the distressed and ready to give away everything He has -- O Radhakrishna, beautiful remover of suffering, blessed is Your auspicious dawn.

āditya-ādi-navagrahāś ca tithayaḥ horā ca yogāḥ tathā nakṣatrāṇi ca vāstavaḥ pratidinaṃ dikpāla-bhūtāni vā | rādhākṛṣṇa-niviṣṭa-cetasam amī no pīḍayanti dhruvam rādhākṛṣṇa-mahāprabho tava śubhaṃ suprātam evādya hi ||9||

सूर्यादि नवग्रह, तिथियाँ, होरा, योग, नक्षत्र और प्रतिदिन के दिक्पाल, ये सब उसे कभी पीड़ित नहीं करते जिसका चित्त राधाकृष्ण में स्थिर है। हे राधाकृष्ण महाप्रभु, आज सचमुच आपका शुभ सुप्रभात है।

The nine planets led by the Sun, the lunar days, hours, yogas, constellations, and the guardian deities of every direction -- none of these can ever trouble one whose mind rests fixed on Radhakrishna. O Radhakrishna Mahaprabhu, today truly is Your blessed, auspicious dawn.

deva tvāṃ śaraṇaṃ gato'smi satataṃ rādhā-mano-ullāsaka tvaṃ mātāsi pitā tathaiva sahajo bandhuś ca putrī sutaḥ | sarvasvaṃ hi mama tvam eva satataṃ śrī-gopikā-prema-bhāk pāhy asmān sakuṭumbakān tava pada-dvandvaika-sevā-ratān ||10||

हे देव, मैं सदा आपकी शरण में आया हूँ, हे राधामनोल्लासक; आप ही मेरी माता, पिता, भाई-बंधु, पुत्री और पुत्र हैं। आप ही मेरा सर्वस्व हैं, गोपिकाओं के प्रेम के भागी। हमें, हमारे परिवार सहित, जो आपके चरणयुगल की सेवा में रत हैं, रक्षा कीजिए।

O Lord, I have taken eternal refuge in You, joy of Radha's heart. You are my mother, my father, my sibling, kinsman, daughter and son. You alone are my everything, ever cherishing the love of the gopis. Protect us, together with our family, who are devoted only to the service of Your two feet.

rādhākṛṣṇa-mahāprabho tribhuvana-kṣemaṅkarasya āśu vai śrī-suprātam imaṃ samāhita-manā yo vā paṭhed anvaham | so nityaṃ vijayī samāpta-sudhanaḥ sat-putra-pautrair vṛtaḥ dīrghāyuś ca nirāmayaś ca nivaset śrī-kṛṣṇa-kāruṇyataḥ ||11||

जो त्रिभुवन का शीघ्र कल्याण करने वाले राधाकृष्ण महाप्रभु के इस शुभ सुप्रभात का प्रतिदिन एकाग्रचित्त होकर पाठ करता है, वह सदा विजयी, पूर्ण धनवान, सत्पुत्र-पौत्रों से घिरा, दीर्घायु और निरामय होकर श्रीकृष्ण की कृपा से जीवन व्यतीत करता है।

Whoever recites this blessed morning hymn of Radhakrishna Mahaprabhu, swift bestower of welfare on the three worlds, daily with a focused mind, becomes ever victorious, gains abundant wealth, is surrounded by good sons and grandsons, and lives a long, disease-free life by Sri Krishna's grace.
