दिव्य लीला, जिनकी सृजन में सम्पूर्ण अभिव्यक्ति अनन्त चेतना का वह आनन्दमय खेल है जो अपनी उपस्थिति को कभी इतनी गम्भीरता से नहीं लेती जितनी उपस्थिति स्वयं को लेती है

दिव्यलीला दत्तात्रेय को दिव्य खेल (दिव्य-लीला) नाम देता है। भारत की 'लीला धर्मशास्त्र' (दिव्य क्रीड़ा) विश्व आध्यात्मिकता में इसके सबसे विशिष्ट और सबसे मुक्तिदायक योगदानों में से एक है: यह पहचान कि ब्रह्माण्ड बचाने की त्रासदी या हल की जाने वाली समस्या नहीं बल्कि आनन्द लेने की दिव्य खेल है।
