सभी विद्याओं को धारण करने वाली - जो अपने भीतर समस्त पवित्र और लौकिक ज्ञान का पूर्ण कोश वहन करती हैं और साधकों की तैयारी के अनुसार उन्हें वितरित करती हैं

भारत के पास विश्व की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी उच्च शिक्षा प्रणाली है। उन संस्थानों में काम करने वाले शिक्षक, सबसे प्रतिष्ठित IIT से लेकर आदिवासी जिले के छोटे सामुदायिक कॉलेज तक - सभी विद्याधरी के माध्यम हैं। ज्ञान प्राप्त करने से पहले शिक्षक के पाँव छूने की परम्परा इस देवी के सिद्धान्त का साकार रूप है: कि विद्या को श्रद्धा से ग्रहण किया जाना चाहिए।
