'आन्तरिक साक्षी' का चिन्तन अभ्यास - आत्म-अवलोकन की वह गुणवत्ता जो अपने विचारों और भावनाओं को उनके द्वारा पकड़े बिना देखती है - सर्वसाक्षिणी की आन्तरिक अभिव्यक्ति है। बाहरी ब्रह्माण्डीय साक्षी और आन्तरिक साक्षी एक ही है।
