निजाज्ञारूपशासना

जिनका शासन उनकी अपनी आज्ञा का स्वरूप है - जो बाहरी कानून के माध्यम से नहीं बल्कि अपने स्वभाव के अन्तर्निहित अधिकार के माध्यम से शासन करती हैं, उनकी इच्छा वास्तविकता पर थोपना नहीं बल्कि उसकी अभिव्यक्ति है

मानवीय कानून (हमेशा प्रवर्तन की आवश्यकता, हमेशा प्रतिरोध) और प्राकृतिक नियम (कोई प्रवर्तन की आवश्यकता नहीं, कोई प्रतिरोध नहीं) के बीच का अन्तर निजाज्ञारूपशासना की शिक्षा है।
