मृगाक्षी-सुनेत्रा का नेत्र-अनुक्रम दैवीय दृष्टि के दो पहलुओं को पकड़ता है: गुणवत्ता (कोमल, भेदक) और सौन्दर्य (पूर्ण, प्रकाशमान)। हर परम्परा के महान शिक्षक जिनके पास दृष्टि की यह गुणवत्ता थी - कोमल लेकिन सटीक, प्रेमपूर्ण लेकिन स्पष्ट - उन्होंने अपनी दृष्टि में सुनेत्रा का उपहार वहन किया।
