आवरणनाशनः

The destroyer of the veiling power; the divine light that pierces and dissolves the āvaraṇa-śakti of ignorance that conceals the luminous Self, revealing what was always already present to the purified vision

आवरण शक्ति का नाशक; वह दिव्य प्रकाश जो अज्ञान की उस आवरण-शक्ति को भेदता और विलीन करता है जो दीप्तिमान स्वयं को ढकती है, जो शुद्ध दृष्टि के लिए हमेशा पहले से मौजूद था उसे प्रकट करता है

ध्यान या आत्म-जिज्ञासा में वह क्षण जब स्वयं का आवरण स्वतःस्फूर्त रूप से उठता है, भारत की अद्वैत परम्पराओं में आवरणनाशन गणेश की कृपा के रूप में समझा जाता है; वह वह हटाते हैं जिसे ध्यानकर्ता अपने स्वयं के प्रयास से नहीं हटा सकता।
