भक्ति के छोटे से छोटे कर्म को भी जानने और स्मरण रखने वाली, कृतज्ञ

कृतज्ञता (gratitude) सबसे बड़ा गुण है। देवी कृतज्ञा हैं, अर्थात् भक्त का छोटे से छोटा कर्म भी याद रखती हैं। जब आपने कभी एक फूल भी चढ़ाया था तो देवी को याद है। जब किसी ने आपकी मदद की हो, तो कृतज्ञ रहें, क्योंकि कृतघ्नता (अहसानफ़रामोशी) सबसे बड़ा पाप है।
