Kunti Blesses Draupadi; Krishna's Wedding Gifts

Now allied by marriage to the Pandavas, Drupada no longer fears even the gods. The women of Drupada's household bow at Kunti's feet, and Kunti blesses her daughter-in-law Draupadi, wishing that she be to her husbands what Indrani, Svaha, Rohini, Damayanti, Bhadra, Arundhati and Lakshmi are to theirs. Krishna then sends the newly wedded Pandavas rich gifts of ornaments, garments, beds, vessels, serving-women, elephants, horses, chariots and gold, which Yudhishthira accepts with joy. This closes the Vaivahika section.
