The Ashvins Restore Chyavana's Youth

The Ashvins see Sukanya after her bath and urge her to leave her aged husband and choose one of them; she refuses, saying she is devoted to Chyavana. They offer to make Chyavana young and handsome, after which she must choose among the three. With Chyavana's consent all three enter the lake and come out alike in form and youth, and Sukanya chooses her own husband. The grateful Chyavana promises to make the Ashvins drinkers of Soma before the eyes of Indra.
