Draupadi's Counsel to Satyabhama
Draupadi gives Satyabhama a faultless way to win her husband's heart: no deity equals the husband, and happiness is won through effort, not ease. She tells her to rise when Krishna comes, to serve him herself, to keep his confidences, to favour his friends and shun his enemies, to avoid being alone with young men even of her own household, and to keep company only with virtuous women.
