Krishna Urges Arjuna to Face Karna
Krishna goes on pointing out the battle to Arjuna: Karna scattering the Pandava army and the Panchalas, Duryodhana turning back to guard Karna, and the great mass of chariots, elephants, horses and foot-soldiers coming on. He urges Arjuna to take up the fight with Karna, tells him that Yudhishthira is safe, and describes Bhima and the Panchalas driving the Kauravas and their elephants before them. Hearing this, Arjuna turns to destroy the remaining Samshaptakas and the Narayana cowherds.
