jāti smaratvaṁ medhāvī yadyadicchati cetasā sa dhanyaḥ sarvavitprājñaḥsa sādhuḥ sarvakarmakṛt

— he is truthful, pure, generous, who praises Purushottama. But all those who do not are unfit to be spoken with, excluded from all dharma.
Verse 57 (garuda.1.234.57)

Those in whose conduct there is no good action directed toward Hari — the mind and speech of that evil-souled person is not pure.
Verse 58 (garuda.1.234.58)

Verse 59 (garuda.1.234.59)
prāpnoti puruṣaḥ samyagyadyatprārthayate phalam karma kāmādikaṁ sarvaṁ śraddhadhānaḥ surottamaḥ asurādivapuḥ siddhairdeyate yasya nāntaram
— such a man duly obtains whatever fruit he desires; the faithful one, best among gods, is no different in status from the asuras and the perfected ones.
Verse 60 (garuda.1.234.60)

He who is contemplated by all sages as the primal, pure one, dwelling within every heart, the all-witnessing knower — to that unborn, immortal Lord, Vasudeva, free from fear and death, ever of the form of bliss, I bow.
Verse 61 (garuda.1.234.61)

The Lord of all worlds, eternal, most gracious, exceedingly pure and clean, without qualities — I worship, with the flowers of worldly existence; may that all-witnessing consciousness-Self enter into the lotus of my heart.
Verse 62 (garuda.1.234.62)
evaṁ mayoktaṁ paramaprabhāvamādyantahīnasya parasya viṣṇoḥ tasmādvicintyaḥ parameśvaro'sau vimuktikāmena nareṇa samyak
Thus have I declared the supreme power of the supreme Vishnu, without beginning or end; therefore that Supreme Lord should be duly contemplated by a man desiring liberation.
Verse 63 (garuda.1.234.63)

Contemplating Vishnu — of the very nature of consciousness, ancient, sun-hued, pure, undefiled, the supreme non-dual one — what yogi does not attain dissolution in Him there?
Verse 64 (garuda.1.234.64)
imaṁ stavaṁ yaḥ satataṁ manuṣyaḥ paṭhecca tadvatprayataḥ praśāntaḥ sa dhūtapāpmā vitataprabhāvaḥ prayāti lokaṁ vitataṁ murāreḥ
The man who constantly recites this hymn, being disciplined and tranquil — he, his sins washed away, his glory expanded, attains the vast world of Murari.
Verse 65 (garuda.1.234.65)

He who seeks complete happiness, dharma, desire, and liberation — abandoning all these, he goes for refuge to the supreme, ancient, most excellent Vishnu.
Verse 66 (garuda.1.234.66)

He who takes refuge in the all-pervading, mighty, world-sustaining, pure Vasudeva, the cause of the complete destruction of samsara — he, freed from attachment, attains liberation.
