praphullataruśākhāgraṁ guñjad bhramarasevitam | paṅkeruhaiḥ praphullaiśca nīlotpalacayaistathā
The tips of the trees' branches were in full bloom, humming with bees, and the place was filled with blossoming lotuses and clusters of blue water-lilies.
Verse 59 (shiva.rudra.42.59)

vidyādharībhirdevībhiḥ kinnarībhirvihāritam | purandhrībhiḥ pārvatībhiḥ kanyābhirabhisaṅgatam
It was a place of sport for vidyadhari women, goddesses, and kinnaris, and was frequented by married women, mountain maidens, and other young girls.
Verse 62 (shiva.rudra.42.62)

It was graced by the sounds of the vina, the tanpura, drums both mridanga and pataha, and by the wondrous, joyous dancing of apsaras.
Verse 63 (shiva.rudra.42.63)
devikābhirdīrghikābhirgandhibhiḥ susamāvṛtam | praphullakusumairnityaṁ sukuñjairupaśobhitam
It was well surrounded by small fragrant pools and long tanks, and graced always by lovely groves thick with blooming flowers.
Verse 64 (shiva.rudra.42.64)
śailarājapurābhyarṇe śikhare vṛṣabhadhvajaḥ | saha satyā ciraṁ reme evambhūteṣu śobhanam
Upon that resplendent peak, close by the city of the mountain-king, Vrishabhadhvaja sported for a long time together with Sati in such surroundings.
Verse 65 (shiva.rudra.42.65)
tasmin svargasame sthāne divyamānena śaṅkaraḥ | daśavarṣasahasrāṇi reme satyā samaṁ mudā
In that place, equal to heaven itself, Shankara sported joyfully with Sati for ten thousand years, reckoned by the divine measure of time.
Verse 66 (shiva.rudra.42.66)

Not in sacrifice, not by day or night, not in Brahman, not in austerity — in none of these did Shambhu ever find a love equal to the love his mind held for Sati.
Verse 69 (shiva.rudra.42.69)
evaṁ mahādevamukhaṁ satyapaśyatsma sarvadā | mahādevo'pi sarvatra sadādrākṣītsatīmukham
