नित्य-तृप्त - जो सदा पूर्ण हैं, कभी किसी चीज़ की कमी नहीं, कभी किसी आवश्यकता में नहीं, उनकी पूर्णता कोई उपलब्धि नहीं बल्कि उनकी स्वाभाविक, स्थायी अवस्था है

भारत के मध्यम वर्ग को घेरने वाली उपभोक्ता संस्कृति एक विशेष प्रकार का दुख उत्पन्न करती है: चाहत का वह ट्रेडमिल जो कभी सन्तुष्टि तक नहीं पहुँचता। हर भारतीय दादी यह पहले से जानती थी। नित्यतृप्ता एक अलग आधार-रेखा की ओर इंगित करती हैं जो पहले से पूर्ण है।

ॐChant when the practice of contentment (santosha) is being cultivated, and when the mind's restless seeking needs to be gently reminded that the peace it seeks is already present. Nityatṛptā also appears in the context of the goddess who, being already full, gives from inexhaustible abundance rather than from need.
