Meaning

You are the God of gods, the Supreme Lord and master — complete, ancient, highest of all the highest beings. You are beyond the beyond, Hari, beyond nature itself. Protect me, protect me, O lord of heaven, lord of the world.

You alone are the Lord of the ten avatars, who come out of the wish to protect dharma, the cows and the Veda. Now you are born as God in your fullness, to destroy Kamsa and the other demon-kings.
