He who is without mental modifications, whose divine awareness is not divided by the conceptual distinctions and fluctuations that characterise ordinary mind

निर्विकल्प, जो मानसिक संशोधनों के बिना हैं, जिनकी दिव्य जागरूकता उन वैचारिक भेदों और उतार-चढ़ावों से विभाजित नहीं जो साधारण मन की विशेषता है

निर्विकल्प समाधि पतञ्जलि की योग प्रणाली में उच्चतम अवस्था है: बिना किसी वैचारिक सामग्री की जागरूकता। अय्यप्पा निर्विकल्प के रूप में वह प्रभु हैं जो इस अवस्था में स्थायी रूप से हैं।
