अच्युत, अनश्वर - जो कभी नहीं गिरतीं, कभी नहीं झुकतीं, कभी कम नहीं होतीं, जिनकी शक्ति और उपस्थिति बिना किसी हानि या क्षरण के शाश्वत रूप से अपने पूर्णतम पर रहती हैं

भारत के प्राचीन मन्दिर - जो एक हजार से अधिक वर्षों से प्रतिदिन उपयोग में हैं, उसी समय पर उन्हीं अनुष्ठानों के साथ - अच्युता की संस्थाएँ हैं: वे संरचनाएँ जो आक्रमणों, भूकम्पों, राजनीतिक परिवर्तनों के बावजूद नहीं गिरीं। जो पुजारी बृहदेश्वर मन्दिर में एक सहस्राब्दी से की जा रही प्रातः पूजा करता है, वह उस अच्युत देवी की सेवा कर रहा है।

ॐChant when needing the quality of the constant, unfailing divine - particularly in long-term practice when one's own consistency wavers. Acyutā is also a name of Vishnu; here the goddess takes this Vaishnava epithet, affirming the Shakta position that what is truly unfalling is the feminine absolute.
