अव्यय, अक्षय; गणेश की वह दिव्य प्रकृति जो कभी खर्च नहीं होती, कभी समाप्त नहीं होती, आशीर्वाद देने से कभी कम नहीं होती, दस हजारवीं प्रार्थना के बाद पहली से पहले जितनी ही परिपूर्ण रहती है

गणेश की कृपा की समुद्र-प्रकृति इस नाम में पकड़ी गई है: जैसे समुद्र नदियों द्वारा उसमें से खींचने से कम नहीं होता, वैसे ही अव्यय गणेश की अक्षय कृपा लाखों भक्तों के निरन्तर खींचने से कम नहीं होती।
