भक्तवाञ्छितदः

The bestower of what devotees wish for; the deity who specifically grants the wishes of his devoted - not just any desire but the specific vāñchita, the thing most earnestly wished for by those who have entered into genuine relationship with him through sincere bhakti

भक्तों की इच्छाओं का वरदान देने वाले; वह देव जो विशेष रूप से अपने समर्पितों की इच्छाएँ पूर्ण करते हैं - केवल कोई भी इच्छा नहीं बल्कि विशिष्ट वांछित, वह चीज़ जो ईमानदार भक्ति के माध्यम से उनके साथ वास्तविक सम्बन्ध में प्रवेश करने वालों द्वारा सबसे उत्सुकता से चाही जाती है

गणेश से एक विशिष्ट इच्छा करने और फिर इच्छा पूर्ण होने पर वादा किया गया अर्पण पूरा करने की भारत की परम्परा - प्रार्थना, पूर्ति और कृतज्ञता का सम्पूर्ण चक्र - भक्तवांछितद गणेश में निहित है।
