'ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः' तीन बार शान्ति बोलने का अर्थ: आधिभौतिक (physical), आधिदैविक (divine/natural), आध्यात्मिक (spiritual) तीन प्रकार के दुःखों की शान्ति। WHO Mental Health report कहता है anxiety और depression epidemic हैं। देवी शान्तिमती inner peace का स्रोत हैं। Meditation = Shanti practice।
