Narada Is Asked to Speak

Krishna welcomes the sages and asks them to tell him of any marvel they have seen or heard. They reply that nothing is hidden from him, and he answers that in a human birth he wishes to hear it as if it were new. The sages then judge Narada, who has just returned from pilgrimage in the Himalaya, best able to tell it, and Narada begins the dialogue of Shankara and Uma.
