Krishna Comes to Hastinapura and Kunti Begs Him to Revive the Child
Krishna arrives at Hastinapura with the Vrishnis, and Parikshit is born dead, struck by the Brahma weapon. Kunti runs to Krishna weeping and reminds him of his promise to revive the child; she repeats what Abhimanyu once said of his son, and begs him to act for the good of the family. All the women fall to the ground, and Krishna raises and comforts Kunti.
