The Eternal Lord Whom the Yogis Behold
Sanatsujatiya, chapter 6 of 6
In verses that close with the refrain 'The yogis behold Him, the eternal Lord', Sanatsujata describes the pure, blazing light from which the sun shines and which upholds earth and heaven, the Full from which the full is drawn while the Full remains, and the Person the size of a thumb who dwells unseen in the heart. He teaches that this Self is seen only by those whose being is purified, not by the eye. He closes speaking as that Self: mother, father and son, the Self of all that is and is not, awake in every being.
