Verse 1 (garuda.1.26.1)

।।सूत उवाच । अनन्तरं करन्यासः । विद्याकरी शुद्धिः कार्य्या । पद्ममुद्रां बद्ध्वा मन्त्रन्यासं कुर्य्यात् । कौं कनिष्ठायै नमः । नौं अनामिकायै नमः । मौं मध्यमायै नमः । तौं तर्जन्यै नमः । अं अंगुष्ठायै नमः । लां करतलायै नमः । वां करपृष्ठायै नमः

sūta uvāca anantaraṁ karanyāsaḥ vidyākarī śuddhiḥ kāryyā padmamudrāṁ baddhvā mantranyāsaṁ kuryyāt kauṁ kaniṣṭhāyai namaḥ nauṁ anāmikāyai namaḥ mauṁ madhyamāyai namaḥ tauṁ tarjanyai namaḥ aṁ aṁguṣṭhāyai namaḥ lāṁ karatalāyai namaḥ vāṁ karapṛṣṭhāyai namaḥ

Suta said: Thereafter, one should perform the placement upon the hands. Purification should be accomplished through the mantra-lore. Having formed the lotus-mudra, one should perform the mantra-placement. "Kauṁ, salutation to the little finger. Nauṁ, salutation to the ring finger. Mauṁ, salutation to the middle finger. Tauṁ, salutation to the index finger. Aṁ, salutation to the thumb. Lāṁ, salutation to the palm. Vāṁ, salutation to the back of the hand."

Verse 2 (garuda.1.26.2)

अथ देहन्यासः । स्मंस्मं मणिबन्धाय नमः । ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं करास्फालाय नमः । महातेजोरूपं हुंहुंकारेण करास्फालनं कुर्य्यात्

atha dehanyāsaḥ smaṁsmaṁ maṇibandhāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ karāsphālāya namaḥ mahātejorūpaṁ huṁhuṁkāreṇa karāsphālanaṁ kuryyāt

Now one should perform the placement upon the body. "Smaṁ smaṁ, salutation to the wrist." "Aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ, salutation to the clapping of hands." In a form of great radiance, one should clap the hands while uttering "hum hum."

Verse 3 (garuda.1.26.3)

ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं ह्रीं स्फैं नमो भगवते स्फैं कुब्जीकायै नमः । ह्रं ह्रीं ह्रौं ङञणनमे अघोरामुखि ह्रां ह्रीं किलिकिलि विच्चे स्थौल्यक्रोशी ह्रीं ह्रीं श्रीं ऐं नमो भगवते उर्द्ध्ववक्त्राय नमः । स्फौं कुब्जिकायै पूर्ववक्त्राय नमः । ह्रीं श्रीं ह्रीं ङ़ञणनमे दक्षिणवक्त्राय नमः । ॐ ह्रीं श्रीं किलिकिलि पश्चिमवक्त्राय नमः । ॐ अखोरमुखि उत्तरवक्त्राय नमः । ॐ नमो भगवते हृदयाय नमः क्षौं (क्षें ऐं) कुब्जिकायै शिरसे स्वाहा । ह्रीं क्रीं ह्रीं आं ङ ञ ण नमे शिखायै वषट् । अघोरामुखि कवचाय हुं । हैं हैं ईं नेत्रत्रयाय वौषट् । किलिकिलि विच्चे अस्त्राय फट्

aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ hrīṁ sphaiṁ namo bhagavate sphaiṁ kubjīkāyai namaḥ hraṁ hrīṁ hrauṁ ṅañaṇaname aghorāmukhi hrāṁ hrīṁ kilikili vicce sthaulyakrośī hrīṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ aiṁ namo bhagavate urddhvavaktrāya namaḥ sphauṁ kubjikāyai pūrvavaktrāya namaḥ hrīṁ śrīṁ hrīṁ ṅañaṇaname dakṣiṇavaktrāya namaḥ oṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ kilikili paścimavaktrāya namaḥ oṁ akhoramukhi uttaravaktrāya namaḥ oṁ namo bhagavate hṛdayāya namaḥ kṣauṁ (kṣeṁ aiṁ) kubjikāyai śirase svāhā hrīṁ krīṁ hrīṁ āṁ ṅa ña ṇa name śikhāyai vaṣaṭ aghorāmukhi kavacāya huṁ haiṁ haiṁ īṁ netratrayāya vauṣaṭ kilikili vicce astrāya phaṭ

"Aim hrim shrim hrim sphaim, salutation to the blessed Sphaim Kubjika." "Hram hrim hraum, with the syllables from the thumb, O Aghoramukhi! Hram hrim, kilikili vicce, O terrifying one, hrim hrim shrim aim, salutation to the blessed upward-facing one." "Sphaum, salutation to Kubjika, the eastward-facing one." "Hrim shrim hrim, with the syllables from the thumb, salutation to the southward-facing one." "Om hrim shrim, kilikili, salutation to the westward-facing one." "Om, O Aghoramukhi, salutation to the northward-facing one." "Om, salutation to the blessed one's heart. Kshaum, to Kubjika's head, svaha." "Hrim krim hrim aim, with the syllables from the thumb, to the crest, vashat." "O Aghoramukhi, to the armor, hum." "Haim haim im, to the three eyes, vaushat." "Kilikili vicce, to the weapon, phat."

Verse 4 (garuda.1.26.4)

ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं अखण्डमण्डलाकारमहाशूलमण्डलमाय नमः ।। ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं वायुमण्डलाय नमः । ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं सोममण्डलाय नमः ।। ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं महाकुलबोधावलिमण्डलाय नमः । ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं महाकौलमण्डलाय नमः ।। ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं गुरुमण्डलाय नमः । ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं साममण्डलाय नमः ।। ऐं ह्रीं श्रीं समग्र सिद्ध योगीनीपीठापपीठ क्षेत्रेपक्षेत्रमहासन्तानमण्डलाय नमः । एवं मण्डलानां द्वादशकं क्रमेण पूज्यम्

aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ akhaṇḍamaṇḍalākāramahāśūlamaṇḍalamāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ vāyumaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ somamaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ mahākulabodhāvalimaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ mahākaulamaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ gurumaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ sāmamaṇḍalāya namaḥ aiṁ hrīṁ śrīṁ samagra siddha yogīnīpīṭhāpapīṭha kṣetrepakṣetramahāsantānamaṇḍalāya namaḥ evaṁ maṇḍalānāṁ dvādaśakaṁ krameṇa pūjyam

"Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the great trident-mandala, shaped like an unbroken disc. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the wind-mandala. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the moon-mandala. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the mandala of the great lineage's awakened row. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the great Kaula mandala. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the guru-mandala. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the Sama-mandala. Aim hrim shrim, salutation to the whole mandala of the perfected ones, the yogini seats and sub-seats, the sacred fields and sub-fields, and the great lineage." In this way, the twelve mandalas should be worshipped in due order.
