ityuktvāṁtarhito dharmo jagāma svapuraṁ prati praśasya tasya caritaṁ haribhaktiparātmanaḥ

Having spoken thus, Dharma vanished from sight and went toward his own city, praising all the while the conduct of that soul devoted to Hari.

Verse 62 (padma.5.49.62)

sa rājā dhārmiko rāmasevakaḥ parayā mudā gṛhītvāśvaṁ pratyuvāca sevakānharisevakān

Verse 64 (padma.5.49.64)

rājño vīrā daśasutāścaṁpako mohakastathā ripuṁjayo'tidurvāraḥ pratāpībalamodakaḥ

The king's ten sons — Champaka, Mohaka, the utterly indomitable Ripunjaya, Pratapi, Balamodaka —

Verse 66 (padma.5.49.66)

haryakṣaḥ sahadevaśca bhūridevaḥ sutāpanaḥ iti rājño daśa sutāḥ sajjībhūtā raṇāṁgaṇe

— Haryaksha, Sahadeva, Bhuridева, Sutapana — thus the king's ten sons stood ready together upon the battlefield.

Verse 67 (padma.5.49.67)

Filled with the greatest zeal, they resolved together to set out; and the king too summoned his own wondrous chariot, wrought in golden splendor —

Verse 68 (padma.5.49.68)

āhvayāmāsa sujavairvājibhiḥ samalaṁkṛtam raṇotsāhena saṁyuktaḥ sarvasainyaparīvṛtaḥ

— adorned with swift-footed horses; filled with eagerness for battle, surrounded now by his entire army —

Verse 69 (padma.5.49.69)

sabhāyāṁ sevakānsarvāndiśannāste mahīpatiḥ

— and the lord of the earth remained there in his assembly, giving direction to all his servants.
