स्वाहा शब्द सम्भवतः भारतीय धार्मिक अभ्यास में सबसे अधिक बोले जाने वाले संस्कृत शब्दों में से एक है, होम और यज्ञ के दौरान देश भर में घरों, मन्दिरों और पण्डालों में प्रतिदिन लाखों बार सुना जाता है। स्वाहा-स्वरूपा देवी हर यज्ञ को लेन-देन से सम्बन्ध में रूपान्तरित करती हैं।
